I migrated from IB too. I sent my form back the day after I recieved it on the 10th June 11 and recieved my acceptance letter yesterday. I didn't have to go to a medical assessment as I included quite a lot of extra info on my form.0

HI, it usually takes about 2 weeks to hear from them after returning the questionare , and they may well phone you to arrange the appointment for your medical asessement, after that they inform you in approx 2 wks with their decision.0
