Here's a short guarrantted way to get cancelled really quickly.....phone go through DPA (ref name dob and addrs) then once they ask you why you want to cancel, say clearly "I wish to cancel, I am not interested in discussing the report today, and will answer no further questions. I expect to see an email confirming cancellation within 10 minutes of me hanging up. *click* Don't let them say another word just hang up. Policy is at that stage is to cancel straight off. Look at your email...if it's not through in 20 mins. Repeat.0
