  • is there not an option online anywhere hate talking to people!!
  • Are you not able to read the relevant info on their website?!

Someone has already told you how you can cancel it, by going to their website on your behalf and finding the relvant information.

To save you the trouble though, it's not possible to cancel online, you MUST ring them if you want to cancel.

Some people have managed to cancel via email. Seems to take a lot of persistence though.

I would just phone. Be prepared for the hard sell sales pitch to try and make you stay, ignore them, and insist on cancelling.

Make sure you get confirmation ref/email or whatever they do to prove you cancelled.

I cancelled mine on the phone, no issues whatsoever. They just asked why I was cancelling, reminded me that I would lose the ability to log in and check whenever, then did it for me when I said I understood all that. Hardly 'hard sales'.

As always, it depends on who you get.

I had one that tried the hard sell, and I had a hell of a job getting them to shut up and just cancel the damn thing.

  • Same as fermi , they offered me the cheaper option if it was financially better for me but I just kept saying I wanted to cancel , think I was on the phone for about 10 mins

It's a tricky process- I called and cancelled a long time ago. it took 5 mins on the phone. I'e rejoined and am paying the £14.99 a month until I'm debtfree because I need to keep an eye on things being marked as satisfied and up to date etc- all downhill from here.

Won't getting a £2 report every month do that?

    Saving £12.99 per month.

I would tell them you are cancelling to do that unless they give you a better deal. ;)
