EDF Single Bill - no gas

Hi,

Has anyone recieved their dual fuel bill from EDF yet?
Mine arrived today and it only has electricity on it.

They have been supplying my gas and electrcitiy for nearly two years, but have suddenly decided not to bill me for gas.

As always, I can't get through to speak to anyone at EDF.

Has anyone recieved a single bill with gas and electrcity on it?

    The bills are separate for EDF dual fuel, they don't always come simultaneously.
    Have you checked in your online account-knowing EDF, they might have switched you to paperless billing for the gas only?
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    Happened to me yes - earlier in the year I got my bill showing both gas and electric, next bill came with just electric on.

    Several e-mails (and months) later and I am still awaiting an up to date accurate bill for both gas and electric.

    So now the problem with missing gas bills seems to escalated from just online accounts to paper bills as well.
