HD, POsturfil and misleading marketing.. Harrison Beds.. confused

Hello,
I'm considering cancelling my recentlyplaced order for a Harrison Bed Tailor Quartz 4000 (3000 springs in mattress, 1000 in base, rather misleading already!). No one in the shops has a clue it seems, and Harrison's themselves don't seem too clued up either. I found out that a sheet of HD springs for a King size bed has 2000 springs in it, and that there are roughly 1100 pockets (1438 springs, as they include the little inner springs which are only in 1/3 pockets.. again, the marketing does NOT say this).. so the maths suggests that the sheet of HD springs is only on ONE SIDE of the bed DESPITE it being a mattress with two sides to it.
I want a mattress with two sides as i feel this will last longer but am i right in thinking that the super pressure relieving sheet of springs is only on one side?? That seems pretty poor to me and is certainly not made clear in the marketing.. far from it in fact.
Of course, having been given so many wrong explanations then this too could be wrong.. confused and annoyed.. help!
