planning permission

Hi

Just a quick wee question, seeing as the planning arnt opened at the moment.

Neighbour has installed a "what can only be described as a tall gazebo. Its a metal framed structure, attached to his wall with a canopy over the top. Quite sturdy.

It is attached to his wall and comes right up to my dividing line

Problem is it is so tall it is about 4 feet below bedroom windows( my windows being about a foot to the right of the gazebo thing.

On the dividing line is a 6foot fence , thus you could climb onto fence , then onto metal thing and clamber up to my windows.

to me it is a security risk , so am not happy.

Anyone know anything about planning permission for this and wether it would need it .

thanks

If no one on here can help you, it will only take a few minutes to phone planning and ask.
