OMG, i bought a pack of ham..it was £1.80, i bought the exact same pack last Saturday and it was only £1.65, then the choccy digestives have gone from 39p last saturday to 55p today.!!!!! thats just comparing what i bought last saturday til today...its a disgrace, no wonder we r struggling to feed our families...

More importantly is the price of essentials sky-rocketing week on week.
At least junk food, like biscuits, we can (and should) live without!0 -
decided to make a special journey to tesco yesterday to buy half a dozen bottles of grouse at £11 a pop
non in stock
doh
so went to buy some petrol there instead, couldnt understand why one pump was empty so went there only to find it sold 4 star equivalent and some super duper unleaded with extra hb pencil bits in
got a £5 worth and went home
shouldnt have gone really should i
cost me £4 in my return journey0 -
I'm glad I'm not alone in thinking that Asda is pricey. I hadn't been for a while, but when I went last week I was surprised how things were expensive. They had the blockbuster deals but most of them were junk and anything else was expensive. They also didn't have some of the things I wanted in stock - the extra special rump steak which is on offer was oos so a wasted journey really.Jane

Smidster, i rarely eat biscuits..i only get them because they r the ones my sons will eat. I dont drive s b, but do have a lot of wasted bus fares0
