MP3 Personal Trainer Help?

Hi I have heard about a personal trainer for ipods and the like. Its audio set to background music but every site you have to look at, you need to pay. I want it but don't think its worth £20+.
Any ideas on where I can get one. I don't have a video Ipod either.
