New monitor bought now need new Graphics Card

I have just bought a new monitor after seeing it on HDUK it is:

Apparently I need a new Graphics Card for it to work at its optimum

this monitor requires a Graphics Card that is capable of running the resolution of 2560 X 1440

The problem is my Dell Desktop - INSPIRON 530S E6750 CORE - is a slimline model I need to know which Graphics Card will ACTUALLY FIT - so it must be low profile - I do not use the PC for gaming - more for movies and office work and browsing

Can anyone recommend a fairly decent Graphics Card please....

GMA3100 onboard graphics supports 2048x1536 resolution . No video is that high. Most websites are designed to be viewed at much lower resolutions.
If you have another video card option installed it will be better.
Have you only got vga out ?
