Help!! Does anyone know anything about buying a house from someone who has gone bankcrupt?? So far the whole thing has being going on for 5 months plus!!!
In January we accepted an offer on our old house to first time buyers and by May decided to move in with parents and complete that part of the sale because we didnt want to loose the buyers as its the house that were trying to buy that was holding it up. The person we are buying off has gone bankcrupt and so there is alot more paperwork involved but neither of the solicitors seem to be pushing things along and we just feel like our lives are on hold!!!!! So now its July and were still waiting!!!! Has anyone been through this or got any advice???
Thanks for reading!!!
