What do I need to tell WTC again?

I have just started working again after becoming a single parent last year, I need to ring up Tax credits and claim WTC but I have forgotten what they need, my lone parent advisor told me but I forget. 
I am sure it was something like PAYE Tax number - like the employers, not mine?
Oh and their PAYE tax address too?
Are they correct?
