Getting rid of Topsoil in Northern Ireland

I was just wondering if anyone has any advice about the best way to get rid of topsoil. I have, what I am guessing, over 100 tonnes from a new build house and want to get rid of it as soon as possible. How and where can you dispose of topsoil? Can you sell it? If so where and at what price?

Thanks for your help.

Try placing free ad on Belfast Gumtree or as above use Belfast Freecycle. Always seems to be a demand for top soil.

A local landscape gardener lent me his tipper and I dropped it all in his yard. He did say that he would have bought it if I had 20tons or more. But he only wanted genuine good quality top soil, with no rubbish in it.
I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.
