    That box will only get the free to view channels that the "Sky" box can receive not anything needing a card, you can only use a "Sky" subscription card in a "Sky" box.

    If you don't need a card the channels are FTA (free to air).If you need a viewing card like the £20 Freesatfromsky card to get ch4,5,Sky3,Five Life and Five US the channels are FTV (free to view). I don't think the Maplins receivers can take a card so you will only get the FTA channels. That's still quite a lot and you get the radio stations as well.

    Melksham Satellites have a new Sky box and Freesatfromsky viewing card for £99.

    You can also try Simplydigital.
