Photos are generally dated within the EXIF information stored within the file although that depends on the date the camera was set to eg if set incorrectly or by battery running out.Joseph_Bloggs wrote: »Is the photo dated?

If - worse case scenario - your LL does try it on about it being your issue/fault, I'm sure it would be quite easy (and probably free) to get the environmental chappie out (can't remember from the program whether they are from the LA or the environment agency). I would imagine that they are experienced enough to be able to confirm how long the knotweed is likely to have been present (ie confirm there is more than 12 months growth there)
