I have just done my meal plan for next week as OH tells me he just bought a whopper of a Sutton Hoo FR chicken
Su-Roast chicken, spuds, kohl rabi, carrots and cabbage
Mo-Arroz con pollo, salad
Tu-chicken salad for me as OH out
We-chicken fajitas, corn on the cob, baked spud
Th-lemon sole, carrots new spuds
Fr-tomato pasta bake
Sa-hertfordshire pork (may be out/away)
Su-italian beef brisket, rosemary roast spuds, veg (may be out/away)
Looking forward to hearing everyone elses

A short one for me this week as I will be away towards the end of the week.
Monday – pasta with broccoli sauce
Tuesday – balsamic roasted sausages with roasted vegetables with either rice or cous cous
Wednesday – chicken kiev with potato wedges and green beans

Oh thanks for starting this thread. Had big shop delivered by mr t yesterday so need to think about menu plans for next couple of weeks as got quite a lot of meat.
Sat sandwich and salad/ jerk pork
Sun courgette and smoked salmon pasta/ lentil soup
Mon scrambled egg with smoked salmon/ stir fry chicken
Tues pork with mushroom sauce
Wed toad in the hole, apple crumble
Thurs spinach and chick pea curry and nan bread
Fri lamb chops
Just me this weekend so no roasts. Freezer quite well stocked so hoping to keep next shop low. Glad have frozen berries from the garden as they are expensive in winter. desert like to be fruit or yoghurt except for the apple crumble. Muffins baking has gone well. May bake on Tuesday and do some cheese and onion muffins so dh can take these along with packed lunch. Tip I find using oil I stead of butter helps them stay fresher for longerMFW 91 op 2014 £410/1000

Thanks for starting us off, hotcookie. My plan for this week is a bit tentative as it depends on how well my electric cooker recovers from being given an impromptu shower by a burst water pipe yesterday. :eek: Assuming it's OK, I'll be having:
Friday - macaroni cheese with ham (a ready meal :eek:- my microwave was about the only thing that didn't get drenched in the deluge!
)
Saturday - meal out as my sister's visiting
Sunday - lunch out; HM bread and jam for tea if needed
Monday to Thursday -
halloumi, lentil and tomato salad
prawn, broccoli and pesto pasta
halloumi-stuffed peppers, salad and new potatoes
chilli con carne and rice

weds - Carbonara
Thurs - Fish and Chips with peas
Fri - HM burgers with Wedges

I'm away for a fortnight so this is for OH in no particular order:
burgers with all the trimmings X 2
bolognese x 3
steak with home made chips x 3
beef and vegetable stir fry x 3
pizza x 3
any extra meals he needs (hollow legs syndrome) would be pasta bakes or beans/spaghetti on toast.
