Personally I wouldn't have expected any vouchers but an acknowledgement of your letter and being appreciated would have been good manners and customer service.
I once wrote a letter of thanks to Tesco and got a lovely personally written letter from the Manager in return. it was a huge store so this guy must have been a very busy man so that letter impressed me as much as the origional reason for writing!Living on Earth can be expensive, but it does include an annual free trip around the Sun.0
