My elderly relatives (age 80+) need aq new switch on their combi boiler, before they can join BG homecare scheme. They have been quoted a min of £69 which they can't afford. Are there any schemes / help for them to get it done?

If they cannot afford to get a £69 repair done then how can they afford to pay for a yearly maintenance contract, which will cost much more. Could you not help out, if it is really a problem.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0 -
Agree with 27Col. The maintenance contract is probably over £200, which is a lot lore than the £69.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0
