Hi - Hope someone can help - please
I have a PCN for Code 624
Parked with one or more wheels on or over a footpath or any part of a road other than a carriageway (all wheels on footway)
I parked on the red paved section (in the attached photo) which I don't think is a footpath.
Thanks for any help in advance
Jeff

I am assuming this is London seeing its pavement parking! Your best option is to post both sides of your PCN with your details removed over on Pepipoo. I wouldn't think there is a defence for the actual pavement parking, but if the PCN is none compliant the chaps on Pepipoo will advise you.

Yes - it was at Peel Place, London E4 - London borough of Waltham Forest
I will scan and post the PCN on the other forum as well
Thanks again for the advice

Next time cover your number plates up with cardboard. CEO's do not have the authority to remove the cardboard. If they do, they will have committed a criminal offence.Never Knowingly Understood.
