Hope this is in the right place!!
I checked in online earlier with BA for my flight tomorrow, putting that I didnt need a bag, however I now do need a bag...Will this cause issues at the airport? I cant see a way to alter it online, and was on hold for 15 minutes on the phone...

Just go to the bag drop check in with your boarding pass, no problem
