Can you give further details, are they ceramic tiles or natural stone? You might find that a granite cleaning solution would be the best bet, or using something like windowlene.0

They are ceramic0

Ceramic or Porcelain? Find out and ask your local independent tile shop. Polished black Porcelain is a nightmare to keep clean but there are a number of specialist products available from the likes of Lithofin, Fila etc... that do work though.0

Get the correct H&G or Lithofin Cleaner for your tile type and just use that to clean them thoroughly.
Then use the sealer from the same range. They should have been sealed after installation - bet they weren't - but all is not lost you can bring them back.
