Holiday with mum

Hi

I am just canvassing for ideas. My mum (early 50's) has had a tough year so i want to take her away for a break 1st week of Oct, which coincides with my birthday (early 30's).

So i am looking for somewhere warm that would be suitable for both.

We went to Turkey a few years back, which was fine but the hotel did not have much evening entertainment so was a bit boring.

Ideally i'd like to spend about £350 pp and would like AI but maybe asking a bit much.

Would be greatful for any recommendations.

TIA
x

A cruise can work well for multi generational holidays but the budget will be stretched.

My Mum and I went to Argassi in Zante together a few years back, we were 25 and 45 then.

It wasn't a mega lively resort, but we booked on trips and the locals and other travellers were very friendly, so we didn't end up bored with each other.

At first I thought your budget was way off, but actually, in October, You might be lucky! But make sure you do your research on Trip Advisor :)

    Have a lovely time.

    Valentin Star Hotel
in Cala'N Bosch, Menorca might be worth considering.

is coming in a little above your budget at the moment but might come down in price nearer the date. or maybe you could barter with the travel agent.
nice hotel, good food, entertainment nightly and some activities during the day. small resort with plenty of bars etc and marina to explore during the day. good bus service for getting about the island.
i have no connection with the hotel but had an excellent holiday here last year. suits all ages
