Barclays Online Banking is currently unavailable

Been trying to log in this morning and ibank is saying no. Anybody else having this problem or is it just me?

I get the following error once I've entered my PINsentry number correctly:

1100 - Sorry - we are unable to log you into Online Banking as your details do not match our records. Please carefully re-enter your details. If you've forgotten any of your login details, select the 'Forgotten your login details?' link on the screen to get a membership number reminder or to re-set your passcode/memorable word if you login with a passcode/memorable word.

Trying to get my membership number again gives me:

5 - Sorry - Barclays Online Banking is currently unavailable

Mine isn't working either, keeps logging me out.

Wouldn't let me use Pinsentry first time then did the second, I got in then it logged me out.

I managed to get on it once this morning, but when I wanted to go on it again later, I got the same message as you did.

Same problem here.

Little relieved as I thought my details had been compromised at first.

Anyone know who you can contact to find out how long the down time will be?

I've had the same problem, thought it was just me. I've tried 2 different browsers and the furthest I've got is to the 'at a glance' page. The other times I got various different error messages. Hope it's sorted soon!

im having the same problem too, i could sign in 1st thing this morning, tried again this afternoon and wont let me!!!

People still having problems with barclays? this is absolutly ridiculous!!!! BARCLAYS sort it out!!!!!!

I've just sent them an email to ask them when it will be fixed.

I got a standard reply saying they are aware of the site issues and are currently working to resolve them.

They are doing some changes to the site allowing you not to use pinsentry to log in if you don't want
