When is off peak with Orange?

Sorry if this info is everywhere but I've had a quick google and not been able to find it (work email blocks me from many sites but not this one!!!)
We have just got an unexpectedly high Orange home phone/broadband bill which leaves me to ask...
When is off peak i.e. evenings and weekends with Orange?? (I'm presuming weekends are self-explanatory but you never know with these crafty companies!!)

Charging Periods:
Daytime Mon-Fri – 7am to 7pm
Evenings Mon-Fri – before 7am and after 7pm
Weekends Midnight Friday to Midnight Sunday
