i have had to join a debt company (gregory pennington)
for all of my debts. i have been with them for about a year now.
but now i am reclaiming for charges. should the refunded charges go straight to card and loan companies to pay off a bit of the debt?
or should it come to me???
is there anything i can do to get the money directly to me. as the debt is going to be paid of eventually with the debt management programme...
PLEASE HELP WITH YOUR ADVICE
reclaimed £495 from vanquish
and about 1200 with blackhorse.
but i have plenty more PENDING

more to the point
why didnt you contact national debtline, cccs, or cab....
they do the repayment plans for free, whereas pennington charge you a fee, so you actually end up paying more.
ie how much do you pay a month? you know there very first month was their inital fee, then a pecentage each month after that!!Promo codes are never always cheaper..... isnt that right EuropCar?0 -
My advice would be to let the repayment go against the money you owe them. Presumably the payment plan you are on is based on what you can afford, so any extra (the charges repayment) can be used to pay off the debt without making you any worse off.loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.0
