Lovely idea - how lucky to have a sister like you. I have seen bundles of magazines on ebay - even if they are old they pretty much all say the same thing so dont worry about it being 'last season' or anything

Lots of wedding jewellery companies do free brochures, just check out the websites and sign up for them. I'll have a look and see what ones I've got and post back.

Another idea, not sure if this is allowed, but if you go to the newsagents and look at some of the current wedding mags - tip them up and they have loads of brochures and leaflets in them usually!!

Firstly these are both my own websites, but they are free and I dont make any money from people visiting them! They are photo sites that bloggers and media can download and print photos from, one for stationery and one for jewellery, http://www.weddingjewelleryphotos.co.uk and http://www.weddingstationeryphotos.co.uk Hope this might be of some use, there are a lot of different jewellery and stationery designers that give me photos so a wide choice!
