Tunble dryer fire advice please

Hi all
Well known company.Our tumble dryer caught on fire,filter is cleaned every time i use it vend cleaned about every 3 months.The FSO from the company came and inspected it and wrote on his report some fluff in vent hardly any i did point this out.He said he will send someone along for it to be taken back for inspection.Im not sure on this would you get an independent person have a look at it.

    Get some advise from trading standards. Remember once they have the dryer, they have all the evidence and can pass all the blame onto you ! .
