I have received a Land Registry report. Who is responsible for the charges on the register/land ???

apologies, for example there is a equitable charge on the property/land. Would these be wiped on the sale of the property ?
or would the buyer be responsible for any debts sercured to the purchase? many thanks0 -
The charges are the responsibility of the vendor and should be settled upon sale0
