It needs a good clean with a pet friendly disinfectant, and if you can't remove all the mould I wouldn't use it.
I personally wouldn't use paint, rabbits are usually big chewers and will chew the inside of a hutch, so will then ingest anything you paint on the wood.
You can line the floor of the hutch with lino or lino style tiles, but again you need to make sure the lino is properly stuck down with pet safe glue so they can't pull it up and eat it. The lino does make it easier to keep the hutch clean though since the urine then can't soak into the wood, you do need to use an absorbant bedding though to stop puddles forming.0 -

You absolutely have to get all the mould cleaned off as a proirity. If it's not clean enough inside for you to be happy to get in it yourself then it's not clean enough for an other animal to live in.
Newspaper isn't overly absorbant but can be used as a base layer with something like megazorb on top. Don't use sawdust because the dust can irritate the nasal passages and cause respiritory infections. If the rabbit chooses one area to do his toilet in, then you can put a cat litter tray there with a paper based rabbit friendly litter in it which makes cleaning out easier. Don't use ordinary cat litter though as it will clog up the rabbit's intestines if he eats it.0 -
he loves it he tend to sleep at the bottom only going to the top for the toilet and he got a water bottle top and bottom same with the litter try the bottom one he sleep on:j0
