Hiya.
I have purchased a play house for £800, parts are missing or damaged (yes yes should have read the reviews before...and yes there are lots on here!)
Paid on my debit card (2nd mistake)..and the company are being AWFUL...can I claim through my bank to claim the money back?
Sure I read something about it not so long ago on here.
Thanks for your help!

Zoe - Have a look at this MSE guide under "Chargeback" - it might be useful depending on which card you used.
