Um.... i was quite inspired by an arcticle in a magazine about a woman who went free for a year. and i thought that it would be intresting to have a try at that myself, so i read loads of books and scanned loads of websites and the more i saw the more i thought i could do it.
i`ve kept a diary for last year and write down everything i spent money on etc nd then reviewed it and tried to find afree way of doing it instead. for example instead of buying a newspaper everyday reading one at lunch in the libary for free. Instead of buying fruit and veg, growing as muc as possible and storing it more.
love fishcake.Happily married mama of 50 -

The ciggy cravings are rageing today. i`ve got the headache and i cant stand up without wobbling like a drunk lol.

well I think it is a good idea. We could all do with a bit less of the commercialism, at least for 1 year and in the meantime our cupboards get a de-tox
