Samsung American Fridge Freezer

Dont know if this is the right place to post this question but here goes. I have an American fridge freezer as per the title and although the freezer is working fine, the fridge is not getting very cold at all. I can see that some of the vents facing out into the fridge are freezing up so I am assuming that the ice is blocking the vents from chilling the fridge?
I have pulled the whole beasty out of its hole so I can get to the back but its all sealed with no signs of any problems there.
Has anyone else had this problem or got any ideas how to cure it as its getting to be a bit of a pain now??

Many thanks

There is a known problem with these. Have a search thru the forums, or google.
    Good luck.
