John leiws Fridge/freezer not cooling in fridge

I have John Leiws fridge freezer, model JLBIFF1802, that is not cooling in fridge compartment. The freezer is working fine.
I have done some diagnostics and the fan is working fine, the defrost heater is working fine all doors closing properly.
Freezer temp is set to go to -18 but it is showing minus -5 on display, fridge staying at 17 dgrees.
Is it the circuit board that's faulty or something else?

No, I can't send it back. I bought it second hand and it's about three years old.billybluehat wrote: »how old is it can't you just send it back?0
