Premium bonds - prize draws up?

Hi, just a quick bit of help. Am I right in thinking this months premium bond winnings have been updated?

I have just checked and there are 2 x £1 million winners.

If they have been updated, I'm sick to death of the things!

There are always two £1 million prizes. The prize checker is only showing prizes won up to December.

Reason I asked is because I thought last month they had 5 x 1 million jackpots? Or at least more anyway. So saw this and thought it must have updated.

Also not sure if the one drawn on 1st december was called the December draw, or November draw.

Can tell I look into things thouroghly before I invest can't you!

You are correct, the high value prize winners list has been updated for January '07.

One of the winners (of £5,000) has a bond that was purchased in November 2006. Jan 2007 is the first draw that this bond would have been eligible for, therefore the list must be for Jan '07.

The lower value premium bonds list should be updated possible sometime tomorrow or the day after. Check again then.

Typed in my holders number and it said it took account of all 6 draws including December and backwards, therefore it has does not appear to have been updated to include January it seems.

The lower value winners list hasn't been updated yet, but the higher value winners list has. In December's draw there were five £1m jackpot winners, but if you look at the list on the website now, there are only two £1m jackpot winners. Also, one of the winners of a £5,000 prize bought their bond in November 2006, the earliest draw that bond would have been eligible is Jan '07 onwards.

I think the lower value prizes list will be uploaded tomorrow or possibly Wednesday.

Think if it was a prize then it would be included - but the 2 x million is conclusive.

    And dang! again.
  • High winners list will be up on the 2 Feb not today.
  • It's normally about 5 days after the start of the month that you can check the lower value prizes, so try next monday and type your numbers in to see if you're a winner. Otherwise tomorrow for the high value prizes!
