SIG energy - free loft insulation

Is this company legit. The say i am ellegiable for free loft insulation because i don't currently work at the moment. I wanted to know if this company is a legit or not. They also say its some free government grant. I checked the website and it looks sort of legit but i think like many of us on here we would like to talk to someone who has had an experience with this company. The came and knocked on my door which is one thing i am not convinced about.
