assuming it's a private ticket (not council), then simply ignore the pillocks :)

Check the stickies and the countless other threads :)
One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.

Ignore the PPC but email the Asda CEO telling him you will shop elsewhere in future - his email address is :andy.clarke@asda.co.uk

You'll get nowhere near the CEO with that email address his name is Andy Bond.

Err, we don't have "County Court" in Scotland.

This letter was ars*wipe to begin with, but threatening you with the legal process of another country only makes it doubly so! :)

Ignore it and Ignore all the "silly letters" they will send of which they may be several including fake solicitors letters full of empty threats.
ASDA have made it quite clear IMO: They do not want you to shop with them.
Find a supermarket who do not intimidate and threaten its paying customers with FAKE PARKING TICKETS.

Especially as TCP are actually based in Scotland. You would have thought that all their so-called "legal experts" would know that simple fact regarding civil courts in that country.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
