Why I still love Asda

I bought a pack of 2 gammon steaks (the oven ready meals) from Asda last week and when I got them home I saw that one steak was huge and one was teeny tiny.
So I wrote a letter to Asda, enclosing the packaging, pointing this out. This morning I got a £10 gift card through the post and a letter of apology!!!
Well done Asda for responding in 7 days!!!!!!
