Me and Simon have spoken about your case this morning but as I explained yesterday, the software we were giving away as part of this deal was a promotional pack and was not identicle to the software we currenlty have on our website so we simply do not have stock to send you.

If you still want the 510 with the remote at the £209.95 price then we can certainly send that to you (subject to you pasing our security checks) but you need to let us know by Saturday at the latests.
