Does anyone know what the cheapest site is to buy this satellite navigation system? The cheapest I found is atm is £210.

I haven't but I have to say their prices LOOK superb. Looking to fly London to Las Vegas at Easter and they're coming in at cheaper than most carriers' standard class!Says James, in my opinion, there's nothing in this world

What a rude bunch of customer service people they have!! They now will only honour my order I placed and received confirmation for on 1st Jan WITHOUT the free European Maps!!! They claim there systems werent working properly as too many people were ordering at once and so they don't have enough stock left of the original offer so they cant give me the maps anymore for the deal... Shame on Global Positioning Systems!

We have used Global Positioning Systems to buy some TomToms at work. We wanted to buy forty TomToms for our field service team, so this was a far from insignificant order (about £12,000)
The guy who took my order over the phone seemed genuinely !!!!ed off I was buying so many as apparently they have to be entered into the system one by one - curse me for asking the man to do his job!Says James, in my opinion, there's nothing in this world

Thats not good... I asked to speak to the Customer Services Manager and was told "theres no point speaking to her, she will just tell you what I've told you that its tough luck you wont be getting the European maps". I was then told, not to bother calling to speak to her later as the only way to contact her was by sending an email...0 -

Rotters. So they're saying this wasn't a misprice, it was simply that they only had a certain amount for sale and the computer accepted more orders than they had?
I'm sure ultimately they have sufficient wriggle-out clauses, unfortunately.Says James, in my opinion, there's nothing in this world

Yep they claimed the system updates every few minutes and so when I was ordering there could have been 100s buying at the same time!!! When I ordered it didnt state they were short, saying '10+ available' and I ordered at 1am so hardly much traffic on the site at that time I am sure!!!! :eek:0
