4. To enter the draw you must be a resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man and aged 16 years or older.
5. There is one Center Parcs short break to be won.
6. The prize consists of a mid-week or a weekend break for a family of 6 people in a 3 bedroom Woodland Lodge at any Center Parcs location within the UK. Activities are not included in the prize. The break should be taken outside school holiday periods before 1st June 2012 and is subject to availability.
7. Normal terms and conditions of booking apply and that the prize is as stated and is not negotiable or transferable, nor can any cash alternative be offered.
8. The winner of the Center Parcs short break will be drawn after the close of the event on Sunday 7th August. The winner will be the first person drawn at random under independent supervision. The winner will be notified by phone or email within 14 working days of the prize draw.
9. Employees and families of the promoter, its agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per person.
10. Winners may be required to participate in related publicity.

Apparently if enough people sign an email the government have to debate it... so lets start a petition where its against the law to offer a family holiday that excludes school holiday times0

But I agree with you. It is unfair that they offer these "family" holidays as prizes but the winner can't take them during the holidays.Thanks to all posters :A0 -
It Is weird but there is a massive price difference for school holidays times been an extra couple of hundred pounds. maybe they dont want to fork out.
Although Im happy i just booked my holiday last night so im absolutely buzzing. I love center parcs
it might not be much, but its better than a kick in the teeth:rotfl:
