Hi, i used the template to send my 1st letter to santander requesting my account info i included the cheque also, however they have returned this with a letter saying they can not provide me with this info as my account is closed and there is no money outstanding.
What do i do next please? Is there another template letter i could use?
Thanks!!

Did you ask specifically for a copy of the Loan credit agreement you had with them? Or just basically account information?
Maybe they are just playing funny !!!!!!s.

Ive just had the same think. Contacted Santander but they wrote back saying they didnt have to provide details as my account was close with no outstanding balance. They returned my cheque. Anyone have any idea on how else I can get hold of my terms and conditions?0 -
Hi there, as the account is closed, they do not have to give you any details, you need to send £10 and ask for all data they hold on you regarding all accounts you have them, they have 40 days to send you this.0

Hi there
And you can still make a reclaim, especially if you have the account number, and know you were sold and mis sold the PPI.
To make a reclaim you complete and send the questionnaire on step 3 below, make sure you keep copies as well, good luck.
