Well I'm a Jedi :) but just found it slightly disconcerting some of the looks I got wearing my shirt, I never classified Ballycastle as either religion and had a nice few hours there with the kids at the harbor, sea front and play park:T

I must do the Rathlin Ferry someday too, is there much to see and do on the island ?, it does seem very popular in summer judging by the ferry carpark.

    Theres a pub :D

Oh and its great for walking and nature :D

Why did you post that when the reason behind them not being admitted was the owner refused to allow all his guests bedrooms and luggage to be searched??

And why derail a thread that was about food??

the manor house serves food, ans stevey was thinking about going to rathlin. Anyhow he's not the owner the national trust is. also if there's anyone of considerable importance thinking of eating in the Manor house, think again.

an update on my adelphi recommendation. went there on sunday lunch time and for six people including drinks was £43!! and there were 3 pints of coke in there. three burgers with chips, a scampi with chips and two paninis. the most expensive item on their menu was the roast of the day which was massive for £5.50. definitely the best place in portrush.

Don't you just love all the newbies who come in and recommend restaurants with their first posts? I wonder if their restaurants serve spam? :-)
