Free sky box office movie?

It looks like they've withdrawn the offer to me.

I want my free box office movie as promised in their letter to me.:(

I have the exact same issue - not sure if it's a case of us not being eligible/offer being withdrawn as the same error comes up even before you've logged in to you Sky account...

Spent 20 mins on the phone with Sky, apparently nobody (and I tried a lot of people) can put through a manual credit on the account for this offer (and they also get the exact same error) - they have to send an email to a particular department who then either manually load the offer or credit the account. This can take 5 working days apparently, and nobody was sure how I would receive confirmation that this had taken place successfully.

No movie this weekend then!!

Hubby's account has been credited with the £3.99 for the movie but we didn't see any movies that we fancied watching yet. What will happen if we don't watch a movie by the end of the month, will they debit the £3.99 from the account again?
