Thanks for this Jarr:) I just logged on and put in my email and account number and got the 'enjoy your movie' mesage:) But just to confirm I rung sky (08442 number but have Sky Calls so free) and tho the woman said she didn't know about the deal til I mentioned it (?!) she said it would appear on my account that I was eligible for this deal and it would not appear on my bill (nor appear and refunded the following month - tho T&C's posted by jarr say otherwise!). I rung up as I was concerned that it might have logged that I was eligible and charged me for a film i had not booked, but the sky box signal only goes to them when a BO film is booked. Films to be booked and watched before 30th August 2011. There is a record option too, how long will a recorded film stay on the planner and are you charged for recording a Box Office film?

'Thanks for claiming your free Sky Box Office Movie.
    Enjoy the film.'

Does that mean I got it??

Do I just order it or do I have to wait for an email or something?

Yes, you have the film. This was just to see if you were eligible. You just have to go ahead and order a movie before August 30th.

    Re: Recording the movie

Recording Sky Movies Box Office content is a bit like hiring a DVD - without leaving home! The programme is stored in your Planner for a fixed amount of time (usually 24 hours, but it can vary depending on the programme you've chosen) and then it's automatically deleted. You can watch a recorded programme as many times as you like within that period, just as if you'd rented a DVD or tape. To check how long you have left to watch a recording, highlight it in your Planner and press i (information). Stopping, pausing or re-starting content will not extend the time limits for viewing that content.

Also remember that if you have booked online, the programme will not appear in your planner, but you will be to watch all of the repeats of the programme.

There was nothing about this in the magazine I received but when I clicked the link and submitted the details it said "Thanks for claiming your free Sky Box Office Movie.
    Enjoy the film." :j

I got the voucher attached to my price freeze letter and it still says I am not eligible!

I switch to Sky Talk on Friday so I will ring them for free then.

I just checked my account on line and the £3.99 has already been credited even though I haven't had a film. :)
