Looking to buy a new Projector

Options
Right for me it is a bit difficult to hand up a decent LCD on my wall as it wont support it so looking to invest in a projector instead.

Would you kind people please recommend on the things I need to be looking for when purchasing projectors. I know a little bit in terms of bulb life and lumens etc but I think buying an LED projector will last longer.

Also my laptop is HD ready and has HDMI ports so ideally I would need to be able to connect my laptop to the projector to watch my films, tv etc.

Looking to cash in on the sales at the moment if there is anything decent about. Money shouldnt be a barrier as long as I know I am getting something that is really good, lasts long and worth me putting my money into it. I guess something between 500-700pounds is my budget but cheaper the better obviously. :D

Any recommendations would be much appreciated!

Thanks for your help! :)

I bought my son an Epson TW20 from Dabs for Christmas, got a free 3yr warranty, 3 yr bulb warranty and a free screen as well, was lucky to have a £20 off voucher for them plus went through quidco for more discount....just my twopence on the projector theme.....its excellent quality by the way for the first venture into home cinema
