Woburn Safari Park charity evening

Anyone who lives near Woburn safari park or is thinking of visiting soon, we have just booked tickets for their charity evening on the 5th of August. Its £7 per person (adults and kids) and is on from 3pm to 9pm and you get entry to the safari park and drive safari. All the proceeds are going to EAZA, Ape campaign.

Its normally £20 per person, and would have cost us £80 to book for four adults normally. This way its cost us £28 for four adults and we're helping charity!

Has anyone every been to Woburn?? My sis has just moved about 30 mins away from there, so was thinking about taking the kids and combining it with an overnight visit to hers - not bad for under £40 including petrol!

Is there rides etc as well as I have 3 kids?? thanks

There's a pond with boats and a train ride around some enclosures, but not fairground-type rides. Still a nice day out though and the bird show was very imformative.

thanks, checked out their site and they have a new kids jungle adventure trail too - about £4 per child...
