You'll be buying at the right time I reckon. Our place went for £16.5K less than it was originally valued at as prices dropped while we were on the market.
August would be fab and completely achievable with a bit of MB!Debt at highest May 2006: £27,472.24

Hopefully. We'll have to wait and see! But then I need to save some for deposit (yeah right :rotfl: ), fees etc!0 -
Well the amount you're putting onto repayments now will quickly build into a good deposit. Or just marry a rich woman with her own mansion...Debt at highest May 2006: £27,472.24

Are you trying to put me off becoming debt free? :rotfl:
Brilliant stuff on the debt freeness hun. :T
Remember that life is for living though. There is no point having all this money if you don't have time to enjoy it.
You got any goals to aim for?
Yeah it was good ta hun. I'm back to work tomorrow! No rest for the wicked!0 -
i think you might be right with the no rest for the wicked ...maybe that's why ive still to get day off lol ...my plans mainly include getting organised as you quite rightly put it no point if you aint gonna enjoy it ..ive always wanted to grow my own veg (started a few years ago but had to stop due to work) so i plan on doing that i need to have things in my life that aint work or work related i feel like it takes over your life if you let it ..and i had to let it to get out of debt ..but now ..well i dont want to be stuck to the work place ...although i will need to still work (unfortunaltely) i am gonna try and get it so i dont need to do the ot but still have a bit of money left over (and start savings ) ....
hun when you are sitting in your own wee pad (might take a few years) you will so know its worth it all the struggling your doing just now will be worth it and the lessons youve learned will stand you in good stead ...i have had my own place now for just less than 17 years and have only now gotten to grips with my debt ...your on to a winner and mines a pernod when you get settled in and have your first party ...hugs and kisses0 -
