URGENT Redundancy advice

Can some one help me with some advice please.
Last Friday we were told our work was closing down and we would all be made redundant on Friday 29th July (tomorrow). We were told our employer bankrupt so we would not be entitled to any redundancy.
We were all very sad and ultimately felt really sorry for our employer. HOWEVER, It was discovered yesterday she is not being made bankrupt, "maybe in the next 3 months", she planned to just shut up shop, get out with her life and not pay any of the staff redundancy or hol pay that we are entitled to.
We have not been given any paperwork, just told to bill all this week then come Friday "see-ya". We are a dedicated team, I've been with the company 5 years but I have a colleague who has been there 23 years, we didn't see this coming and just don't know what to do.
Can anyone tell me what I should do next, bearing in mind we close TOMORROW.

You will all need to submit an application to an Employment Tribunal to determine your entitlement to a redundancy payment and claim your outstanding holiday pay.
You can do this yourself online, but as there are a few of you (and assuming you are not in a union - when will people ever learn) it may well be worth clubbing together and getting a solicitor to handle the claims on your behalf. Between a few of you this shouldn't cost a fortune. The claims are unlikely to be actively opposed if what you say is correct, and its just a matter of lodging them in the correct terms and allowing the process to take its course.0 -
Can I just query one thing - "you have been told to bill all this week" ? You don't mean send in an invoice for your work do you - i.e. you are not contractors are you?0

We are a solicitors!
We have been told to bill all our files up to the point they are at, apparently a new firm will be taking over the files and continue working on them on Monday. WE were to call or clients explain the office is closing, advise they use the new firm and send them an authority to transfer the files over. The RSA came in unannounced in Monday and will be returning today.0 -

And you didn't instantly think "TUPE"??? I seriously hope you are not employment law solicitors. Either way - I suggest you get one of those.0 -

Ubelievable! Tell us who the current owner is and what scumbag firm are buying the clients so we can all make sure to avoid having anything to do with them in the future.0 -
So if you're employees and a new firm is taking over your clients, why is this not a TUPE?0
