Hello All, My car tyre was flat so i changed the wheel, i just happens that the wheel i changed had a clamp attached to it by a bailiff for unpaid PCN. I did chuckle when i read this, I would have done the same if i was in the same situation and i could remove it.

You did not damage it and you have not stolen it so be happy but wonder what they will do next.
