Hello everyone,
Taking my GF up to London on Sunday for the day, does anyone have any ideas of anything that’s going on or recommend a museum maybe?
Thanks

It's a bit difficult to recomend anything wth no idea about what you might be interested in.loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.0 -

Camden lock and market is nice when the weather is good (hope it is as nice as today for you). You can get a Waterbus( canal boat) from the lock there to London Zoo.

Greenwich has lots of places to visit - the National Maritime Museum, Anne's House, Royal Observatory and the Naval college - and the park is pleasant if the weather is fine.
Museum of London is worth a visit too.0 -
Petticoat Lane and Brick Lane are great on Sunday."If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools"

Start day: A family fun day to inspire sustainable living
On Sunday 31 July 2011 Clarence House gardens will be open to the public for free. With gardens, eco cars & organic cocktails, there's something to inspire everyone to live more sustainably
We're delighted to announce that for the first time, Clarence House gardens will be open to the public for free for Start Day. It's all about simple steps towards achieving more sustainable living. Clarence House Garden will host an inspirational, interactive and innovative family fun day alongside two other events - an eco-rally and exhibition, and a sustainable restaurant and bar.
Start Day, bursting with inspired ideas and examples of the simple steps we can take to lead a more sustainable life, will take place on Sunday 31 July from 10:00am on The Mall and in the adjacent gardens of Lancaster House and Clarence House, the London residence of TRH The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall.
Whether it's greener transport options, turning your roof into a garden, growing your own veg, or electric GoKarting - Start Day will inspire and entertain people to take simple sustainability steps. We hope that you'll come away from the day inspired to do at least one thing differently in your life.0
