Definitely would like a sub board. Sometimes the misprices thread slips over onto page 2  and I have to make an effort to find it:rotfl:

Just to say, there is a couple of websites that already deal with all things Tesco and in particular the R&R policy, i.e. coupons, misprices, csnner locations etc.

    https://www.everypennyhelps.co.uk and Simschatterbox.forumup.net

i think a sub board is a good idea, it would be useful to have a clubcard bit a R&R bit and a discussion bit.
    Another day another R&R

Yep, I think a Tesco sub-board would be very useful, with all the Tesco threads on it.

And well said Floflo earlier about R&R. I had 2 consoles free last year, no arguments, no pressure from me (but yes I did know they would probably cost more than the shelf label...). And I cannot recall a single true misprice which was just a few pence different for an item costing hundreds. The tellies a few people got were £50 over the advertised price and the consoles £10 or more overpriced.

How is that right when 10 people before me probably bought a console and were overcharged but didn't notice? They only put the price right (to the higher price BTW) when a friendly neighbourhood R&Rer tells them!

No answers please on that subject, this particular discussion can be contuinued on the Tesco ethics thread here:

But I do think the OP's idea is a good one, any more in support?

Its not abuse, its a policy that Tesco introduced to ensure that customers feel confident to shop there with the knowledge that if in the 'unlikely' event they are overcharged they receive a refund and keep the product.

It is so seldom that there are people posting on here about Genuine r&r's i mean stuff they would buy anyway. There was some guy on here saying that this is how he gets his meat and then there is a member with the the signature line saying "i spy with my little eye something beguinning with r&r" . even martin put a line in one of his posts asking people to use r&r sparingly and only on items that they would genuinely have put in thier trolly, Thats why tesco are doing the wise thing and stopping r&r to kill of this blatant abuse of this policy.
:D The glass is always half full, no exceptions !!:D

There is a Tesco Misprice ethics thread which is where you should take this discussion and not continue it on this thread (which is about a Tescos sub-board).

Of course you will be lucky if you can find the ethics thread which is all the more reason why there should be a Tescos sub-board.......

    Thanks wlfc1 :D
Its https://www.simchatterbox.forumup.net but i personally would advise using the EPH site. It is solely misprice discussion and is probably more helpful.

Mine was originally for sim cards, but drifted into anything going really.
